社会在发展，科技在进步，也要求教育不断更新。我园教师们利用中午休息的时间，开展一系列专业培训活动，帮助青年教师不断提高教学业务水平，班级管理能力和教学科研能力，推进师资队伍建设，实现我园教师整体素质的提升。

Education needs to be constantly updated since the society and technology are developing. Our kindergarten uses break time after lunch to carry out a series of professional training activities for helping young teachers continuously improve their teaching skills, class management, teaching and research capabilities, promote the construction of the teaching staff, as well as achieve the improvement of the overall quality of our teachers.
